Jackson Red Devils Varsity Takes Victory Over Howard, 6-1

 Jackson Red Devils Varsity scores more runs than Howard, takes victory on Saturday to the tune of 6-1

Howard got things started in the first inning when McEleveen grounded out, scoring one run.

In the top of the second inning, Jackson Red Devils Varsity tied things up at one when Yauncey Taylor grounded out, scoring one run.

Jackson Red Devils Varsity pulled away for good with one run in the third inning. In the third Kaitlin Lynn singled on a 0-1 count, scoring one run.

Lexy Hensley toed the rubber for Jackson Red Devils Varsity. She lasted seven innings, allowing seven hits and one run while striking out one and walking one.

Townsend was on the rubber for Howard. She surrendered six runs on 12 hits over seven innings, striking out six and walking zero.
